Payment

Methods

Our payment methods are:

  • Bank Transfer (Jamaican Dollars)

  • PayPal (USD)

  • Credit Card / Visa Debit Card (USD)

     

All payments must be made in full before any services or products can be delivered.

Payment Plans

We offer flexible payment plans. Please contact us to find out more.

Refunds

Once payment is made to Quandev Technologies, a full refund will be issued if work has not yet begun on the project. If the project has already started, the payment is nonrefundable. If a 50% deposit is made and a refund is requested before completion, the deposit is nonrefundable. The client will not be required to pay for the remaining 50% as the project will not be completed.

 

Timing

At Quandev Technologies, we start every project by discussing and agreeing upon a website timeline with the client.
We officially begin once the contract is signed and deposit has been paid. If the client fails to provide feedback within a 14-day grace period, the project is paused and will be subject to a re-opening fee will be charged to resume work. We take deadlines seriously to ensure that our timelines are not exceeded, and we strive to complete each project within the timeframe determined by the website design package selected. However, we are happy to complete the project sooner than expected if both parties meet their deadlines ahead of time.

 

Termination of Contract

We understand that not everyone is the right fit to work together. As such, Quandev Technologes reserves the right to end working relations with a client who we deem unfit for a fruitful partnership.

Notwithstanding, we will always complete all work agreed upon and already paid for, before the partnership is officially dissolved.

Grounds for dissolution include, but are not limited to:

  • Disrespect

  • Poor Communication

  • Unreliability

  • Unaccountability

 

Website Development

 

Website Revisions

The website feedback process is broken down into rounds of revisions. The number of rounds of revisions available is determined by the website design package selected. You can make as many requests as you need during each round of revision. Once the Final Draft has been presented, any changes beyond this point will be charged at our hourly rate. If no further changes are required, the website will be launched on the next business day.
